“Progress Driven by Change”. The exclusive event format included a series of inspiring keynote speeches, thrilling driving experiences with the new Audi SQ8 e-tron, and a hike on the legendary “Streif” with Hans Knauß, who provided interesting insights about the Hahnenkamm race and shared his experiences on the topic of “Change” as a former professional athlete.

The event began with a keynote speech by Oliver Schilling, Project Lead of Change Management at Audi AG, after which guests were given the opportunity to experience the new Audi SQ8 on an off-road way up to the Seidlalm, where the next keynote speech was held after dinner. Former captain of the Austrian national football team, Viki Schnaderbeck, spoke about “Change: Problem or Chance?”.

The next day, attendees went on a hike on the Streif with H. Knauß before the last keynote speech by Titular Professor for Leadership and Change at the University of St. Gallen, Prof. Dr. Wolfgang Jenewein took place.

After lunch, the afternoon was dedicated to the new Audi SQ8 e-tron. In addition to a scenic drive, guests had the unique opportunity to test the vehicle on a challenging off-road course with the guidance of Audi driving instructors.

The event ended with a live recording of the Audi Talk from Kitzbühel, which was moderated by Ina Sabitzer and featured speakers V. Schnaderbeck, O. Schilling, and Prof. Dr. W. Jenewein. The event was streamed online and is now available to watch on demand.
