At Chaka2, the team comes first.

The daily cooperation can sometimes challenge us and bring us to our personal limits. This especially holds true at events where we work together with colleagues 24/7 and under pressure. Only a well-coordinated team that can rely on each other is productive and motivated. Conflicts are managed more efficiently and busy times are navigated together.

Especially after a challenging time throughout Corona, we as the Chaka2 team have grown together in fresh formation with full energy. This enables us to successfully master future projects together. Particularly now, the team as a whole is important!
We as one Chaka2 Team pay special attention to clear communication.
Once a month our CEO Martin takes time for each individual to have a one-on-one check-in.  In addition to updates on upcoming projects, personal concerns are discussed openly and confidentially. At a common lunch in the end of each month with the whole staff at the Chaka2 office, we can talk openly with Martin about everything in an informal atmosphere, discuss events and projects, and reflect together on what we have experienced and learned.  The time we spend together is the focus of our team and creates the basis for a good team spirit.

Especially when new employees join the team, team-building is essential. For this reason we have a “Feel Good Day” twice a year. A Chaka2 member organizes a day which is all about fun, motivation, challenge and team-building. Together, sporting activities are taken on, challenges completed, cooking skills are combined and solutions for our common goals are created. Positive experiences are created together, which  leads to a stable team structure in the long run. Through this experience of working together, we can be strengthened as a unified team in the long term.
For us as a team, these days of the year are not only important to strengthen our team spirit, but also because it is precisely on these days that friendships are formed. And what could be a better place to work for than one where you are on a team with friends?
