SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER (W/M/X)

Chaka2 Eventmanagement GmbH is a specialist in the field of event & brand marketing. In our core markets Germany, Austria and Switzerland we work for clients including adidas, Audi and Red Bull.
Creative event & brand planning, operative event implementation as well as logistics and warehousing are part of our field of activity as well as the further development of existing marketing concepts.To support our team at the HQ in Salzburg, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager (F/M/X), who will plan and realize projects independently and support the team in the event office, as well as at customer events.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITES

  • Responsible for concept, budget, production, implementation, controlling and evaluation of big live events
  • Interface between client and team as well as stakeholder
  • On-site coordination of national and international projects
  • Confident handling and behavior toward client, stakeholder and team
  • Development and optimization ongoing processes
  • Leading internal project teams
  • Leading of meetings and partner communication
  • Creating and analyzing briefings and pitches
  • Strategic evolution of the Chaka2 brand
  • Creating new creative event formats

 

REQUIERMENTS

  • University degree or similar in fields of event-, project, or tourism management
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and implementing events and marketing activations
  • Active network in event & live communication industry
  • Prove of success in strategic development and implementation of brands and events
  • Creativity, enthusiasm and team orientation
  • Communication and enforcement strength, personal responsibility and reliability
  • You work in a structured manner and have a distinct cost and quality awareness
  • Very strong knowledge of English and German

To support our team at the HQ in Salzburg, we are looking for a Guesthandling Manager (W/M/X).

 

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • You can show a minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of guest management
  • You are characterized by passion, motivation and a high degree of loyalty
  • With your structured way of working, you never lose the sight of your goal
  • You have got great organizational, planning and coordination skills
  • You have strong, versatile copywriting skills
  • You are distinguished by the desire to take full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
  • You are able to develop content and direct creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted and impactful message
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously make sure deadlines are respected
  • You enjoy decorating locations according to customers’ wishes and are able to take over the planning and organization of venue design concepts

  • You have the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and can interface between clients and the team
  • You have a professional approach to clients and are able to lead the guest management for national and international events.
  • You are the contact person for our well-known customers and their guests via event hotline and e-mail.

  • You have got experience with all types of social media (e.g. Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in journalism, strategic communications, or equivalent is benificial
