Area 1 · Strategy & optimisation

Together with the COO you drive the topics that make Chaka2 scalable: mapping processes, naming weak points, defining standards and SOPs, and following up on whether they are actually applied. In this hybrid role, you’ll combine communication, content creation, and design. You’ll showcase what’s happening at Chaka2, develop relevant stories based on that, and bring them to life visually on your own.

You’ll spend about half your time working on our communications and the other half on the visual development and implementation of our content.

COMMUNICATIONS & CONTENT 

You bring what we do to life. Together with our team, you’ll turn our events, projects, case studies, and agency stories into relevant content and ensure that our communications remain consistent and up-to-date across all channels.

• You’ll help develop our communications and content strategy and implement it on the operational level. 
• You’ll manage our social media channels—particularly Instagram and LinkedIn—and create relevant content for them.

You’re responsible not only for what we say, but also for how it looks.

• You’ll develop and design visual content for social media, the website, newsletters, and other digital touchpoints. 
• You’ll turn projects and events into compelling case studies, carousels, Reels, Stories, and other content formats. 
• You’ll develop recognizable content formats and templates and ensure a consistent visual identity. 
• You’ll creatively edit existing photo, video, and project material to develop new content. 
• You’ll design social media assets and simple motion graphics, animations, and video content. 
• You’ll attend selected events and productions and contribute ideas on-site: What’s the story here? What shots do we need? What content could we create from this? 
• You’ll work closely with our creative team and seek support for more complex design and motion tasks. 
• You’ll monitor current content, social media, and design trends and translate relevant developments into new formats for Chaka2.

In short:You don’t wait for someone to hand you a ready-made content plan and ready-made assets. You recognize a good story on your own, develop an idea from it, and can bring it to life through communication and visuals.

We’re not too concerned about what exactly is listed on your diploma. What matters most is that you feel at home working in the fields of communication, content, and design.

• Ideally, you have 2–3 years of professional experience in content creation, communications, social media, content design, or a similar creative field. 
• You have a keen sense for stories, brands, and visual communication. 
• You understand that a good story works differently on LinkedIn than on Instagram, and that a Reel is different from a website case study. 
• You can present content in a way that’s clear, engaging, and to the point. 
• You have a strong visual sense and can design content independently. 
• You’re proficient with relevant creative tools, such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or similar applications. 
• Experience with video editing, motion design, photography, or tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is a major plus.
